The Last of Us will be released in less than one hundred days. While this is awhile away, it still leaves us plenty of time to think about what we would like to see in this game. The following is a few items that I would like to see in the game, but I am far more curious in getting to know what you guys want to see in the game. Please continue the discussion with your own wishlist in the comments.

The Last of Us is set to take place through out the United States. The game begins in Boston and also has parts in Pittsburgh. While the East Coast is covered, I hope that this game branches throughout a larger part of the country and that each location adds a special element. It would be interesting if major scenes took place in Iowa or Kansas or…

    Genetic Memory

    October 24, 2012 by Wagnike2

Genetic memory is one of the crucial components of the Assassin's Creed series. But what exactly is genetic memory? Genetic memory is the memories of one's ancestors that has been passed down through the DNA of numerous generations.

In the Assassin's Creed universe, Abstergo Industries develops the Animus in order to help turn these memories into a three-dimensional feed. Through this memories can be relived and experienced. However, these memories were limited to the person who held them until the invention of the Data Dump Scanner. This invention allowed people who didn't hold the genetic memories to review them.

This was the ground work for what would be known as the Animus Project. This allowed for the exploration of previously unknown f…

The U.S. Navy SEALs play a prominent role in Medal of Honor: Warfighter. They are to be featured as one of the United States Tier one factions for the multiplayer portion of the game, and Task Force Mako is comprised of former US Navy SEALS. We thought it would be interesting to look at the most famous team in the Navy SEALs - Team Six.

Team Six is perhaps most known for their raid and eventually killing of Osama Bin Laden on May 2, 2011. The attack itself lasted 38 minutes. Bin Laden's adult son, a woman, and two couriers were also killed. There were no casualties to the team.

SEAL Team 6 was heavily involved in the invasion of Grenada in 1983. They were sent on a mission to rescue Governor-General Paul Scoon and his family. They were also…

Thirteen is a number that is associated with a wide myriad of superstitions - some good and some bad. However, if you run into any of these thirteen assassins, chances are - it won't be a good outcome. Below you will find a list of who we believe are the thirteen best assassins in the history of gaming.

Agent 47 is best known as the protagonist of the Hitman series. According to the lore of the series, he is the world's "deadliest, most discrete, and skilled" assassin. Agent 47 was born on September 5, 1964 in a Romanian asylum and had a barcode tattooed on his head. Growing up in the asylum, he was trained to efficiently kill people. Eventually, freed by Ort-Meyer, he begins to take up contract killings. Known killings include - Lee Hon…

With the recent release of the hugely popular Avengers movie, it is no surprise that many people are looking to infuse some exciting superhero action into their lives. While it would be pretty easy to go outside and find the nearest barrel of radioactive material and try to get superpowers, it is a lot easier/safer to stay inside and play some comic-themed video games. We will compare two different video games here - Arkham City and Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.

Arkham City is loaded with one of the most popular superheroes ever, Batman. The game is also packed with plenty of enemies including The Joker, The Riddler, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is loaded with pretty much any superhero that you could imagine. S…

    Fallout 3 vs. Skyrim

    November 23, 2011 by Wagnike2

On October 28, 2008, Bethesda Softworks released Fallout 3. Nearly three years later (November 11, 2011), they released the latest game in the ever-growing Elder Scrolls series, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Both of these wikis have been extremely popular since the release of these two games. In fact, The Fallout Wiki previously held the record for most page views in a day and the number one spot on the Gaming Hub until it was recently dethroned by Skyrim. We thought it would be fun to compare these two games on a variety of topics – game setting, weaponry, and enemies.

Let’s just right into the Vault and Fallout 3. Fallout 3 tells the story of a post-apocalyptic world. It takes place in the year 2277 on the East Coast of the former United S…

Welcome to the August 2011 issue of the Annoying Orange Wiki News!

Please note this is Danny's first issue; he will write the newspaper from now on.

    • Bryce53 II, Bryce53-alt, and X2 were globally disabled. Later on, Bryce's account was globally disabled for a year due to suspected sockpuppeteering (although he doesn't care).
    • In doing, he blocked himself, leaving leaderboard spot shifts (see below).
    • Keiren has become a bureaucrat!

Will Danny, Keiren, Jimbo, Ian, and Chomper4 stay being our top five active members for next month, or will it change?
    • Due to X2's global disabling (per above) (and courtesy block by Bryce) everyone at position 7 or lower moved up a position, restoring TorchwoodGuy05 on the leaderboard.
    • Also, Bryce's block (again, per abov…
